Future Stars!
Urban Interns
Our urban interns program takes young people under the age of 25 and older people over 60 and interns them in a base of theater training skills. They intern for at least one full production. We especially welcome physically challenged men and women for internships. These are non-paying internships and we usually take 8-10 interns per year.

Our ACCESS programs
Involve support for training to ASL pre-certified students in New York City. Thus far we have worked with eighteen interpreters and numerous students and have interpreted shows as part of each season. We also actively will work with artists and audiences in order to guarantee them full ‘access’ to all our productions and classes.  Programs also include our creation of ‘co-playing’ with deaf and hearing actors meshing together to play roles, and casting and hiring of differently abled artists of ALL kinds for our productions, boards, staff and crew.
